To make the content of this section clear, the following terms, and abbreviations are defined, respectively.

Fist of all, it is not intended to collect any data from users and visitors of this website.
However, data that is provided by users is also stored and might be visible to all other users.

Pages created, modified or deleted by users
All information that is created, modified by user, in pages is stored on the server - with their user names from page and media changelogs.
User accounts
Data that a user provides with the the account is stored on the server. As already mentioned, the user name is store in media changelogs.
Server logfiles and statistical information
Statistical information and server log files are stored on the server according to Hosteurope, and the product WebHosting Basic. Such information will only be used for trouble shooting and business case optimisation.
Technical details
This website is using a the software DokuWiki and the GDPR plugin. Both is hosted via Hosterope in europe.
Compliance due to the GDPR plugin
Due to the installation of the GDPR plugin we are compliant to the following:
- The GDPR mandates that personal information is only saved as long as it's needed (it needs reasonable cause). Since IP addresses are deemed personal information, these should be deleted when no longer needed.
- Article 17 of the GDPR deals with the “right to be forgotten”. Users can already delete their user account through the profile section. However this does not delete their user names from page and media changelogs.
